The following documents are required for Nationality Certificates:

• Photocopy of valid passport
• Photocopy of valid resident card
• Original receipt of deposit of Yen ¥1,000 in the Embassy Account
• Permanent address including father’s name and cell phone no. written in English in a separate paper.

Nationality certificates may be obtained by post also. For that, a return envelope with the recipient’s address written on it and having sufficient postage should be sent to us.
