The following documents are required for Nationality Certificates:

• Photocopy of valid passport
• Original receipt of deposit of Yen 650 in the Embassy Account (Post Bank A/C no. 10080-73796751)
• Permanent address including father’s name and cell phone no. written in English in a separate paper.

Nationality certificates may be obtained by post also. For that, a return envelope with the recipient’s address written on it and having sufficient postage should be sent to us.
